Refund Policy

Introduction

We have prepared this Refund Policy to explain when you can request a refund with respect to services acquired from ifreeicloud.co.uk.

As the largest IMEI analytics provider in the world, supplying consumers, businesses, and most of our competitors too with incredibly accurate and reliable services, we take every care to maintain our reputation and ensure you never need to second-guess your results. With over 100 million checks to date, errors and misunderstandings are bound to happen on occasion – whether it’s from us or our data sources. We do our best to detect these issues immediately (which is mostly automated) and resolve them within minutes.

We provide a 30-day return policy, whereby you can report any issue that you may have with your order, and in the event that we can’t clear up any confusion from your end, or we determine that your result was not accurate, we will happily refund your payment in full (including processing fees). We are also very understanding of accidental orders, as customers often get confused between checking a device and unlocking it – please note that we do not offer the latter. If you placed an order by mistake or did not receive the information you expected, we will refund your payment as long as you have not repeatedly placed further orders to suggest abuse.

You can always contact us for any order questions or clarifications at [email protected].

Refunds

To request a refund, you can contact us by email at [email protected], quoting your order details. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a refund immediately. Please note that card payments (including the use of a card via PayPal) will take several working days to be processed by your bank and visible on your account. Refunds will be issued to your original funding source or account – we will not honor requests to send your funds to a different card or PayPal account.

All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars: you, the customer, bear sole responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate between the time of payment and the time of refund.
